Return & Refund Policy
Please review this policy before placing your order.
Ordinary Returns
- Eligible returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- A 100 EGP return processing fee is deducted from approved ordinary returns.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- The Fairness hologram security sticker must remain intact. A return will not be accepted if the sticker is removed, broken, or tampered with.
Opened Products
Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
- Contact us promptly and within 30 days of delivery.
- No return processing fee or return shipping charge applies to an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect product claim.
- After inspection and approval, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
Evidence and Inspection
Please keep your invoice and original packaging. If a parcel appears damaged or opened, inspect it at delivery and record a clear, continuous unboxing video from before the parcel is opened until all contents are shown. This video is mandatory for damaged, opened, or incorrect-delivery claims.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, using the original payment method or bank transfer as applicable.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.
