Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt. International shipping is not currently available.
Processing and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery is typically completed within 1–4 working days, depending on the destination and courier operations.
- Deliveries are made Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Fees

Tracking and Delivery Attempts
After dispatch, tracking updates may be sent by SMS or email. The courier may make multiple delivery attempts. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
Damaged or Opened Parcels
If the parcel appears damaged or opened, inspect it at delivery and record a clear, continuous unboxing video from before the parcel is opened until all contents are shown. This video is mandatory for damaged, opened, or incorrect-delivery claims. Contact us promptly.
